I planned and conducted primary research throughout the first phase of the project and collaborated with UX researchers to develop personas, user journey maps, and service blueprints. Later, I led several brainstorming and ideation sessions during which we built an iterative process for creating multiple wireframes and prototypes.

I worked on the user testing documents for the whole ecosystem throughout the testing phase. Additionally, style guidelines were designed for visual designers working on the mobile platform. Finally, with the assistance of the rest of the team, we presented our final solution to the customer.
